Hello,

I like to supplement breakfast and lunch with roasted garbancitos.

Can glycemia or your fiber upload it a lot prevents it from regulating it?

Thank you!

I am not diabetic.
My mother was and I have a younger brother who has been in treatment for several years.
I exceeded the normal limit two years ago but I corrected it with the diet and exercise.
Hence my interest in food.
