After some meals (such as potato paste or tortilla) my head hurts a lot.After two hours it ceases to be so strong and when I measure the glucose I am in 250 approx

You will need faster for those hydrates.

At the moment I have no more than to correct the hyper from 300 onwards, by order of the endocrine.Or if before eating I am in 200 onwards.
Next week I have an appointment with my Diabetic Education educator ... Let's see how the thing comes out.Because if I had 7.2 of Hemo before, surely he has climbed me for the peaks I am having.
