My son is 15 months old and has been diabetic for 2 months, it is the first time that they were sick since they were diagnosed, I would like to know what are the most indicated medications for these cases.I mean Apiretal type, Dalsy etc ...

Well, if you put insulin, you can give you any normal medication, even if you have some sugar.They have it in minimal quantities.
Give him what you gave him other times, even if the doctor will prescribe it.

My daughter is diabetic since the 22 months.When Dalsy always has a fever it is replaced by 2%juniphen.It is ibuprofen but without sugar.The best indicated.If you need more medicines, consult the doctor PQ there are cough syrups and for mucus also without sugar, and they will help that glycemia not get out of control.Greetings and encouragement.
