Hello again, I am asking and informing me almost all the issues that I see something that can help me ...

I have counted in other messages that I have been with type 1 since 7 years with a current 7.8 hemoglobin ... for a month lack of control has been brutal, levels between 300/400 very difficult to lower, it seems that insulin does notIt makes me effect and the most curious thing is that doing sports on my level...

I always try to do the same routine, I do about 10 minutes of heating with pulsations between 130-140, then I make a toning circuit (weights) approx.about 30 minutes and ended by doing between 30/40 minutes from elliptical to the same pulsations 130-140 ...

Is there something that I am doing wrong?

Would you divide the exercise twice?Instead of doing it at 8 in the morning, doing at 8 the aerobic part and after eating the anaerobic part?

I would not exercise your current lack of control, walk at most, anaerobic at all.If you do not have enough insulin in your body, you will not lower your glucose exercising, it will rise to you as it is happening to you.First regulate everything and then return to exercise.

Thank you very much, I did not know to what extent I was outdated hahaha, you do not know what I am learning with you, incredible ...
I think that the lack of control of the last month has surpassed me, everything is conditioning me, not exercising, seeing that insulin does not effect, headaches, concern with retinopathy ... Anyway, to see if they enter me already and give me and give meWith the key and put the bomb, I know it will be the half solution ...
I think that we know each other very well as to know what happens without having a medical basis, and I believe that what happens to me is that the metabolization of the HC has changed to me and that the insulin unit lowers me very little, about 15g per unit

@Hades40, I agree with Prado. With high figures, exercise is dangerous, so better prevent, when you regulate you will have time.By the way, have you looked at the ketone bodies in blood? If not, do it.And if you need more units to correct Ponte more ... headaches, discomfort can also be produced by "bad control", my daughter when she is with high figures becomes very bad, nausea, vomiting ..., and theStress and concern also affect blood glucose ... So some alpine tilas and some Valerias that relax a little will come well, if you need more insulin doses, because more, that you will also have to be capablely measured more often,If the situation will be located in the hospital (especially if you have acetone). With respect to retinopathy, it is already diagnosed, so now to put yourself in the hands of a good specialist who controls you, but of course we return to the same, the peaks, the high figures are also not good allies ... let's start with 1...

You do not have the slightest doubt Hades 40, this is so I am a teenager and the truth is that the endocrine tea sees three in three months and only looks at the level registration book and only asks you how you are when at the end.Thank you all including you to raise your problem you can see each other in that mirror one day and we already have a path to follow.A lot of patience and a lot of strength.Dedicate that sport time and you will see with the bomb everything will go better.
