Good morning to all from Argentina, my name is Nicolás, a month ago I was diagnosed with diabetes type L.A.d.a, that is Ni Ni Ni 2, it is complicated (at least for me to explain).I tell you that I am carrying it, within everything, well; But I am complicated with the theme of the flours, only yesterday I learned that flour = sugar.
I tell you that I get to this forum looking for some type of agenda to control diabetes for my mobile phone, it is a Nokia N95, if someone could throw a fact, I would be grateful.
Greetings
Nicolás

Hello, Nicolás.

Regarding your mobile, no idea.

As for hydrates, I pass the link to a very good website where everything explains very well.

Welcome home.
