How to know if insulin has spoiled with heat?

These last days I have taken the rapid novorapid insulin bolis in a handless handbag, and tenratures of up to 43 degrees Celsius have been reached.

In the Boli I observe that there is a bubble (I've seen it before) and I don't think it's an indicator, however, I wonder if insulin has been spoiled and how should I detect it, change the color? Do you know it?

Stop having the same effect, I have noticed.I recommend the cold wallet, I always carried the feathers there during the summer and I never had problems.
