Tuna gutters (diabetic recipe)

Ingredients for 4 people
160 gr.of gutters (16 plates)
240 gr.of tuna
600 gr.of raw tomatoes
60 gr.of onion
4 tablespoons of chopped parsley
40 gr.of green peppers
240 cc.of skim milk
40 gr.of grated cheese
4 tablespoons of olive oil

ELABORATION
Boil the gutter plates in water until they are soft.

Mix the oil, milk and cheese over low heat to make a cream.

We crush the tomatoes without the seeds, mix them with tuna and chopped onion, parsley and chopped pepper.We fill the gutter plates with the crushed mixture.

We grease the baking sheet with butter, place the gutters, pour the cream, sprinkle some basil and leave them until they are gratin.

Only one note, on the cannelloni plates, heat the water, and when it begins to boil, make in the water the plaques of Canelon one by one, since if they are done together they usually always stick together, even if you throw oil orWater butter.
