Ingredients for 4 people
300 grams of noodles.
4 garlic cloves.
1 small guindillita dry.
2 Deciliters of virgin olive oil.
Salt.

Preparation

Cook the noodles in boiling water with salt, once cooked, we refresh in cold water and drain them.
In a casualty we sauté the garlic cloves filleted in the oil (if you want you can add some chilli).
Add well drained noodles and mix them until they are well mixed with chillian oil and a little chilli.
They are served hot in very hot dishes or in mud casseroles as if they were angulas or glules.
