Ingredients for 4 people
250 grams of raw chickpeas.
1 carrot.
80 grams of sausage.
2 leeks.
100 grams of cured ham.

For tomato sauce:
5 tomatoes.
1 onion.
2 garlic cloves.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
Oil.
Salt.
Preparation:
Put the chickpeas soak in eve in tempered water with salt.
The next day we split the chickpeas under the cold water jet.
Cook the chickpeas in a pressure cooker with boiling water, salt, two leeks and a carrot.
All the vegetable must be peeled and cut into pieces.
In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil and add the chopped tomato, a pinch of sugar and salt and let cook 20 minutes.
We crush and go through a strainer the tomato sauce and reserve.
We saute the sausage and ham cut into fine slices.
We add to this sauce the chickpeas, sauté and add the tomato sauce.
We let stand to mix the flavors and serve.
