Friends:
Lately I have managed to stabilize my levels of sugar in the mornings injecting 59 units of Lantus at night, so I would like to know if from now on I can go down the units of Lantus or I continue like this to see how I continue?

According to my endocrine if you have two days below 80 you lower two units and if these three days above 140 you go up two
