The doctor has told me that I have hyperinsulism or insulin resistance, that is to say that I have the high insulin and because of it the sugar is low, it is the opposite of being diabetic, it has put a regime for diabetics in addition to restricting myself quite the hydratesCarbon, someone who has it or can inform me more on the subject?Is it chronic or is it removed by diet?Can I take soda without sugar?Greetings

I do not know if hyperinsulinism is the same as reactive hypoglycemia, that is, an excessive insulin production response when carbohydrates are detected, and hence hypoglycemia.

Sugarless soft drinks do not have to do any damage.

I don't know if it's chronic or not.I hope someone who knows more can guide you better.

Have you done genetic study?Have you given you the glucagon?
Important, as almost always, determine the causes ...
If you had excess ammonium (one of the causes of hyperinsulinism), the recommended diet would be a strict control of proteins ...
