And today a rich cheese cake with almost or ch ... almost, almost, huh?Which carries eggs and a couple of teaspoons of cornstarch.I hope you like it!

Ingredients:

A spread cheese can (I have used the bon area)
A mascarpone boat
3 eggs
1 beautiful cornstarch
4 tablespoons of tagatose (or 8 of sugar)
The grated skin of a lemon
Half glass of milk

As?

We turn on the oven to 180ºC up and down with a fan (I have put it at 150 ° C).

We put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat with the rod whisper.We put the result in a mold and bake until set.In my case it has been about 2 hours.

The contribution of CH of this cake is very low.Analysis of the ingredients:

- Neither the mascarpone nor the smear cheese have barely ch.

- A tablespoon of cornstarch, are about 10 gr.and equals 6.7 gr of ch.
- Regarding the eggs, each egg represents 0.6 gr of ch.The whole contribution of ch of the eggs, comes from the yolks.
