Greetings my name is Boris I am 35 years old .. I am hypertensive since the age of 26 I take the medication every day.In a glucose exam (fast) that I made a few days ago I had 95 mg/dl
You can tell me if it is normal.
And what should I do not increase that level.What possibilities exist that the levels can continue to increase.And I can do something to reduce them.Diet, exercises.They could advise me please.

95 A fast is considered a normal value.

If you want to control those levels: healthy life, healthy diet and exercise regularly.
