We separate the whites from the yolks.We beat the whites, together with the sweetener, until they are firm.We reserve them.We beat the yogurt with the oil and yolks, then add the flour, mixed with the yeast and the lemon zest.
We will beat everything, with the blender, until a thin cream is left.We add the whites little by little, so that it does not lose volume.We spread a cake mold with flour and oil, pour the dough into the mold and bake at 180ºC, until when you puncture it with a knife it comes out clean.It is important not to fill the mold with the dough, because it will grow in the oven and could go out.
