Ramón

Let's see, the ideal is to have about 80 on an empty stomach, that is ideal. But I personally feel better on an empty stomach with 120 Q glucose with 80, everything depends on the years of evolution.

Postprandials must be around 140, but I with that glucose is fixed as how to walk a little I have hypoglycemia.

If you are new in the forum, there is a lot to read here and learn, I spend daily and learn a lot ... there are people very willing to help, you will see it.With this disease the more you learn, the more doubts you arise.

I hope I helped you something.
