I have a little simple question, I think, but lately I am lying. The question is about the glycemia controls after eating, the doctor tells me that they are done 2 hours after finishing eating and the nutritionist tells me that they are done 2 hours after having started eating. When do I have to do them?Thank you

Hi Chikitina36,
To me the educator told me that just after eating, the other foreros will be answered, which I am wrong.

Possss depends on the information we want to see with glycemia ...

I think that the most practical thing is to do it between 2.30 and 3 hours after putting ultra -granted insulin because its effect ends more or less at that time ... So we know we are sure that we have no more ultrarapid insulin and probably all the food has already been digested (except very fatty meals) ...

And if you want to see the maximum glycemia peak, you can control an hour after eating, so you can know if it should be put the insulin a little earlier to avoid it.
Greetings :)
