Sacol flan in 10 minutes!

Hello!I am going to give you my flan recipe, that I get great and it is super easy.
The recipe is for about 6 people approx. The ingredients are:
-4 eggs
-0'5 liter of milk
-2 Liquid saccharin taponcitos (luxol) (the equivalent of 200 g of sugar)
-Celo it (little)

In a bowl, the eggs beaten. The sweetener is thrown and mixed.Milk is anade.A glass container is taken (or something that resists the microwave) and the background is spread with a liquid caramel capture (do not be scared, throwing little as soon as the glucose rises). We pour the bowl into the container, cover with plastic and get into the micro for about 10 minutes.Eye, it is better to fall short and put it 1 or 2 more minutillos, than to pass.

And that's it, that's how simple!Mine was very successful this weekend!

ñam ñam ñam

It sounds good .... it will climb me because it carries milk and the milk rises a lot.

It seems so easy that I could even do it: Mrgreen:

I see everything well except for saccharin. In my humble gourmet palate, saccharin has no place.Who invented it is Mephistopheles himself ... I think that now fortunately there are alternatives that will give it a much better flavor and that recipe will be round.

Hello colleagues.
Well, this recipe already knew her, but with Azuquíta and a lot of caramel. When reading it, I remembered and this weekend it was done.
To adjust it now to the circumstance that sugar I have already tried to make some variation.
- Since I had no liquid saccharin I threw it into dusts waiting for it to dissolve.
- Instead of caramel use molten chocolate without added sugar.
And what was the result.A great look.On Friday I think - that well finally flan after 1 year and a half.
When already ready, with a teaspoon in hand, I take a piece of flan I introduce it to my mouth and puaaaaaaaaaaaajjjj but what more bad thing ... It was like eating tortillas insipid with chocolate.Well na, 8 crowded flats in the trash.
But I will continue, God Porngo by witness that I will get Flanes Jajajaj.
I will comment if I get it.
Hugs, Quim.

Hi Quim:
hahaha! What lacked you was sweetener, you had to have put much more.At first my mother was made to me and fell short of saccharin. Now, I have caught the trick, and I leave it very sweet because otherwise, he knows French omelette and does not cool eat a tortilla flavored flan.Try one dividing those amounts between 6 and when you get the amount of saccharin you multiply all by 6 and that's it.
Greetings!!

Hello!I do not know what treatment you have but, with fast insulin at meals, you can give you the like to eat the dessert that you like most made with sugar.
You just have to prove the number of insulin units needed.
With a little practice you end up eating what you want and also, knowing that you can do it, you take away the anxiety to eat sweet.
Greetings :)

I totally agree with Regina.Celia eats almost all sweets with sugar. It is the advantage of insulin compared to those used by oral antidiabetics.

I am a Taliban :)) :)) :)) :))
They told me in 1986 that I could not eat sugar except for the hypos ... and so I continue, twenty -five years later.

Anyway, once the years have passed, I have been learning and I have observed, and I have realized that my position is not as Taliban as I thought, because it has some reason and wisdom;I explain myself.I observe too often that whoever ventures to eat sugar (especially with bombs) and "take the trick" of how much insulin put on, usually ends up abusing in not a few cases. And what we cannot forget is that we owe a number of daily calories that literally jump through the air every time something is eaten with sugar. At least sugar products carry less calories due to its absence. In any case, I always maintain absolute moderation in this type of products, even if they are without sugar. And that word (moderation) for me sticks with the fact of incorporating sugar into my diet. And that's why I keep it outlawed.
EA.

I think the same as Gondrullo.
Yes, as sometimes things with sugar, in special moments such as birthdays or Christmas, but this once a month.
My daily day is the least possible sugar and the truth is that I do not miss it.(The only thing that gives me anger is beer and milk: x but this is another story) I like to wear a diet of 2000 k daily: D and be almost in a constant `` normhoglobin ''.Having a descent a week and good control is great.

I am aware that if I begin to recalculate according to what I am injecting I will have more movement in my daily results and possibly more low.

Think that I can get flan that I can eat a little more often like.
Thank you very much colleagues for your interventions.
Hugs, Quim

Good guys!Because of a lot of insulin k changes for sugar ... I will never have good values with a dessert with a lot of sugar.
Good luck you absorb insulin well ... I have some limits ... if I take many plate hydrates just for dessert hydrates or sometimes I can't even go from hydrates in according to k meals ... so k is no longer healthy... but blessed saccharin ... for me is sugar worse!
A dessert with saccharin k can eat a decent portion.

It is also difficult for me to find the guideline to eat sweets, or because they have a lot of fat and sticks to me after the hours or because it does not have much and then it hits me a very fast one for the sugar they carry.
In general, when I tried to skip dessert or eat not very big portions. At home, I prefer not to have sweets and what I do is eat an ounce of black chocolate when I am eager for something sweet.

Hi Anitaz, I have not tried in the oven, so I would not know how to tell you the baked time. But on the other hand, and the most important thing is that you would have to use a sweetener that is thermor resistant.

Sarrin is not a sugarling sweetener (even if the name looks like);Sacrin is artificial sweetener, so glucose does not upload anything. However, sucrose is transformed into glucose in the body but rises slowly.

I hope I have helped you!Take advantage!
