-0 chocolate, honey, cakes, candies and everything that has a lot of sugar (except in case of hypoglycemia, eats a sugar terron, or a juice)
-Come fruit, and salads.
-Solve the level of sugar, before each meal and two hours after having eaten. If you see that after two hours you are high, you should inject quickly after having eaten, apra avoid hyperglycemia peaks.
-It regularly physical exercise;One with whom you enjoy.
-Har annual urine and blood reviews.
