Hello everyone,

I am new in this forum and I give you a big hug to all.

I am approximately type II diabetic from 6 or 8 years.

I have kept with a diet until 1 year ago and now I am Toamdo Dianben 800. My measurements oscillate fasting between 110 and 130 -culturely 130-.

My question is that when I'm going to walk -2 hours- when my diabetes return, I go up to 160 something that didn't happen to me before.

Thank you!

Hello, LVI.

Frequently, the exercise rises short -term blood glucose and the decline after a while, at least in type 1.

It is beneficial to walk.I recommend that you control yourself, not only at the end of the walk, but a couple of hours later, and so you will see the effects in the longest.

Greetings
