On this issue I can help you, although I have never heard anyone say that there were problems with diabetes and photodepilation ... I am sure that the foreras of here can give you a cable to clarify the doubt!

Hi Kuki ...
I have given my hair with laser (Alejandrita) in armpits and no problem, ask the endo if I could and told me that for diabetes no inconvenience, and it worked for me.
I think that photodepilation is not exactly the same, but I don't think you have a problem.
