Difference of HBA1C in capillary blood and venous blood

HELLO EVERYONE!!.A little strange thing has happened to me, come on, I can't find an explanation.The last hemoglobin of my girl was 6.2 (capillary measurement), but as it coincided that the same day had to get blood (venous) for annual review, because they asked for blood glucose;And it came out at 7.2.How can there be so much difference between one measurement and another?What do you think of this?Has it ever happened to you?

ex strara, digital glycosilada usually gives 0.3 or 0.4 above venous ...:-/:-/
