Hello, taking into account the dates that come to me a doubt, when drinking some cup there are drinks that are better in terms of sugars, hydrates ..., for example that it is better to drink gin or martini, you know if there is anypage where the components can be consulted.

There are vary open issues on the subject.Look at them ... Still I recommend you miss a while until you start making probatines with alcohol.For my liking, as I have already raised in other issues, alcohol is for diabetics that controls the basics well and if you can ab, the better ... better .... on whether better gin or martini for my best gin with Limon Zero ...You see ... It's a mess, better wait a bit to control diabetes: insulin, sport, carbohydrates ... and then you first try beers and then cubatas ... but it is a "dangerous" theme because glucagonIt does not work in case of alcohol hypoglycemia and alcohol can drastically lower sugar ...
