Hello everyone, I am new in the forum and new in the disease.

My name is Carmen, I am 43 years old and yesterday I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I am a little discouraged and need your support.

You have to lift your mood, and you have reached the right place.It costs to assimilate the diagnosis, but I believe that taking care of you and being aware of the disease everything must go well.Tell us what treatment you have, where are you from.

The bad is not the diagnosis.The bad thing is to have it and not know, because there are danger and problems.
Having the diagnosis, they will have put a treatment, a diet, guidelines that will help you be healthy, even if you have diabetes.He thinks that you will avoid complications and poor health, and I assure you that there are diabetics with enviable health.
