Ingredients:
500 gr of chopped lettuce (Roman or long leaves)
2 cups of beans of the pot (see recipe) also known as beans or beans
1/2 cup cooked potatoes in cubes (see recipe)
Red sauce to taste (see recipe)
2-3 mature red tomatoes

Preparation:
Disinfect and pique the lettuce in approximately 3x3cm pieces.
Cut the potato in pieces of 1 to 2cm, you can leave the peel if you wish.
Cut the tomato in cubes or segments of 2cm.
Mix lettuce with tomato and potato.
Apart, mix the beans of the pot with the red sauce and pour over the salad.
Optionally, if you wish you can add other vegetables such as green pepper, cooked broccoli,
cauliflower, zucchini, cucumber, etc.

Note: Do not add dressings or crutons if you really want quick results when you lose weight.Neither
exceed the recommended amount of cooked potato.
