Hello, I do not eat a lot of fruit. Today I have raised a doubt when counting rations with the watermelon.
How do you tell them? Weighing the whole slice? or weighing what you eat (red)? I know that it seems nonsense but that doubt has been presented to me. Thank you: mrgreen:

Well, I think it weighs without the peel but we are assuming that a ration of watermelon is 200 grams I calculate that there are 2 slices not very thick.

Yes, they are without the shell ... obviously

Melon and watermelon can be eaten in a good amount ... They are almost all water, so you don't have to worry too much
