About three years ago I have type 2 diabetes, for now controlled with diet and pills, and for more or less that same time I began to suffer from constipation more and more.I take a lot of fruit, water and fiber but it is still very difficult for me, I have already had to use Varying Micralax because I had been able to evacuate several days.I take a linen seeds in the morning and in the afternoon a shake with Psyllium, both have a lot of fiber and say that it helps a lot, but despite this it is a condition every two or three days. The doctor has told me that pastllas does not give constipation, before the contrary, so I cannot relate constipation to diabetes medication, except because they have coincided over time.Courage and do not despair.

I have tried everything but the plantago and I am convinced that the ground linen is the one that has worsened the evacuation.
