Good evening I am new in this forum, but it turns out that one day in a sugar control that they made to me (click my finger), it gave me that my sugar was 96, I have not been diagnosed with diabetes, at least even right now, sinceMy levels have always been normal, only this last time they told me that they left high, today I made another more accurate exams one month away from the single (puncture on the finger) and the results were the following:

Seric glucose 84.0 mg/dl
Glycosylated hemoglobin 6.2 %

This is normal, I'm fine ???

I should start worrying, or should I do another analysis in 3 months and already check again and see what the doctor tells me ???

Or I am within normal and I must only exercise and eat less sugar. ???

If you can help me these doubts please since I feel lost on this issue and I have an appointment with the medical for a month.

thank you

Hello, Vader.

Your blood glucose (blood glucose analysis) has given an absolutely normal result.
Another thing is the result of glycosylated hemoglobin, which is good in a diabetic, but perhaps high in a non-diabetic, but it must be your doctor who values it.

Exercising and eating less sugar is always good.
