Apple and cinnamon cake

Ingredients:

■ 2 cups of wheat flour all use.
■ 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
■ 1/2 cup of butter without salt.
■ 1 egg.
■ 1 and 1/2 cup of sugarless apple puree.
■ 1/2 cup of some sweetener.
■ 1 cup of chopped pacanas.
■ 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
■ 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Preparation: Mix in a container the flour with the baking powder, and passes through a sieve.In a larger container, mix the sweetener with butter, then the egg, vanilla, cinnamon, pacanas, apple puree and finally the flour mixture.Integrate each of the ingredients to add the next one.

Prepare the oven at 175 ° C and put in a container with butter and flour to take off.Oven for 40 minutes or until when putting a knife in the middle it comes out clean.
