Most likely, the causes of the increases are an imbalance feeding-drugs.

In type 2 diabetes you have to be very strict with food control: suppress fast sugars and pastries, do the right exercise, lose weight ...
What glycemia usually rises are foods rich in carbohydrates: flours, tubers, rice, corn, milk, fruit ... everything that comes from earth and milk.
All those foods must be controlled, not suppress them but control them.

Table sugar, cocacola and the like is what should be suppressed ... because blood sugar goes up very fast.

Welcome and greetings.
