Hello my name is Jose, I have a mother who was detected diabetes in January, and since then he has been wearing several pills and insulin (10 places in the morning, and 20unds at night) Problem is that she hurts thelegs and feet, feel as if a needle pierces him, feels like burning in plants, and, despite taking the pills and insulin, these pains do not disappear.I would like to know if the burning as the pain indicated above correspond to the symptoms of a diabetic of any kind, or I have a new problem in the hands.

Hi, José, Welcome.

I think your mother should make a complete check.By age, type 2 will be your diabetes and, unfortunately, when it is detected, it has already caused any damage.
Because of the symptoms you describe, you can have a neuropathy as a result of diabetes, but it must be the doctor who examines and diagnoses it.

From here little more we can tell you, although it can also be anything else (rheumatism, osteoarthritis, etc.) that has nothing to do with diabetes.

In summary, take it to the doctor and that, in view of the symptoms, do the necessary tests to determine the problem and treatment.

Greetings

As Alea says that they refer it to a good specialist, to look at him the circulation in his legs and feet .... look at his feet and the slightest wound leads him to heal her well ... No experiments at home.
