It can a diabetic without treatment, not present symptoms, even when the glucometer indicates a level of 296 ....

The answer is yes.There are people who do not present symptoms with those levels, hence the dangerous and the convenience of analytics.

The answer is a siiiiiiii, it can be diabetic and not have symptoms.

I am the living example.I learned by chance with a routine blood analytics.
