apple cream with yogurt
It is ideal to taste cold, accompanied by fresh chopped fruits.
Ingredients:
Cinnamon powder
3 skim yogurts
450 grs.of apples
Edulcorant powder
Half -lemon juice
Preparation
Chop the apples and cook them as a compote in a little water with lemon and cinnamon.Once it is tender to let cool, strain the extra liquid and step on the apples until they make them puree.
Mix them with the yogurt, sweeten to taste and serve in glasses, adorn each with apples slices.
