ingredients
1 and ½ cup of common flour
½ cup of cornstarch
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon of ginger (optional)
20 g of powdered sweetener
150 g of margarine light
4 mature pears
1 egg + 2 clear
1 cup of skim milk

elaboration

Mix the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, ginger and sweetener.

Add the margarine and work with the tip of the fingers integrating well until the dough looks like crumbs.

Spray vegetable spray a 22 x 24 cm mold, previously floured, and distribute half of the preparation on top.

Peel the pears, cut them into fine slices and accommodate them on the dough in a couple.

Cover with the rest of the crumb mass, scattered evenly.

Pour over the egg mixed with whites and milk, making them penetrate through crumbs.

Cook in a preheated oven at moderate temperature for 30 to 35 minutes.

Remove and cool on a rack.

Cut in squares and serve in warm.
