On March 5, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, I am quite "fish" on the subject, I have been looking for places where to find answers and one alea has recommended this forum (thank you).

I would like to know tricks that I can use, I am 34 years old and I never imagined that this could happen to my age.

I would appreciate any advice or trick even if it seems basic, since as I said before I have no idea, I have been with the endocrine and with a nutritionist nurse in Valencia, but I think it has been too much information in a very short time.

Thank you.
