Middle chain fatty acids in coconut milk will give you the feeling of satiety for a long time, and flaxseed seeds add the fiber and many other good things.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 measure or tablespoon of low carbohydrate powder, natural or vanilla flavor
1/3 cup of frozen berries (used strawberries-frutillas for the analysis)
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed seed
1/2 - 1 cup of water (except if you want it thicker)
Sweetener (can be granulated or liquid), without calories, splenda or Canderel type

Preparation:
Put everything in a blender and process.
