French tortilla with vegetable garrison in tempura

Price, difficulty and time necessary for this recipe
Price: 5 to € 10 Difficulty: Half time: 20 to 30 min.

Ingredients (4 people)
6-8 eggs.
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Salt.
50 grams of carrots.
50 grams of cauliflower.
50 grams of zucchini.
200 grams of green beans.
For tempura:
200 grams of sifted or white integral flour.
1 cup of very cold water.
1 egg white.

How is it elaborated:
In a casserole we put the chopped garlic with olive oil.We take carrot strips with the help of a peeler and cook them briefly in boiling water with salt until they are dente (cooked but slightly raw inside), we drain them into a strainer passing them through cold water and reserve.
We cook separately the rest of the vegetables each in their casserole with boiling water with salt until they are at the dente.
We drain them into a strainer passing them through the cold water tap and reserve.

We put the flour in a large container with the water and form a homogeneous cream.
We beat the egg white with an electric blender.
We mix the clear and the water with flour carefully and put to salt.

In the resulting mixture we introduce the carrots, the Brécol and the zucchini.We make small pontacitos and fry in a pan with hot olive oil.
Once these vegetable piles are fried, we reserve.
We make 4 French tortillas of 2 eggs each with which we roll inside the vegetables in tempura.

Dietary comment
The French tortilla itself is a dish that stands out for the quality and quantity of its proteins, and its low fat and calorie content.The accompaniment, in this case, of vegetables in tempura increases the calories of the recipe when preparing the floured and fried vegetables.To reduce the calories of the recipe, it would change the way to elaborate the vegetables.To do this, the best option is to make them grilled, sautéed with little oil or steamed.

What a good look!
The only thing to keep in mind is that the egg has high cholesterol indices and increases the so -called "bad" cholesterol.It is one of those foods that we have to control.
You also have to take into account carbohydrates of the 200 grs of flour, when increasing rapid insulin units.
And enjoy, which are 2 or 3 days!
