Use special diabetic footwear

There are no shoes for diabetics, or socks for diabetics or diabetic foods ...
In isolated and very specific cases there are elements that help people who, as a result of their bad metabolic control, develop diabetic foot (ulcers, amputations ...)
"Diabetic footwear" does not prevents or improves the "diabetic foot" pathology.
I totally agree, what mania they have to sell us stories, they should think that in addition to diabetics we are silly .....:-/
