INGREDIENTS:

1 egg
1 lemon
4 grs.of flavorless gelatin
Sweetener
Vanilla essence
30 grs.of double cream

PREPARATION:

Prepare the gelatin, let cool out of the refrigerator without setting.

Beat the yolk with the sweetener until you are foamy, add the gelatin when you take the consistency of a syrup, juice and lemon zest.

Then the somewhat thick whipped milk cream and finally the clear snow beaten, the sweetener, gently joining.Dump the cream in a glass and keep it in the refrigerator for 1 hour;Before serving, decorate if desired, with fine lemon tajaditas.
