Like three or four and I can put myself at 400 mg/dl, and also quite fast.It costs me horrors to download it with novorapid and exercise.
I have it internalized as prohibited to me.I would say that it is one of the things that most raise my levels, but I have never managed to understand the reason ...

I upload me raw but slowly and without peaking me.I have not tried yet, or pylongs, at least not since I have the sensor ... to see if I do the ones I have here at home, that I feel a lot and I have not been like .....

I love roasts, but I can't eat them, glucose is put in the clouds.I don't like raw too much.I do not sulked me insulin but I have already assumed that some foods I cannot eat them or only in very small quantities, and the chestnuts is one of them.I am unable to eat three chestnuts, if I do, behind a few more.So, 0 chestnuts. & Nbsp;
