In my case I have lowered basal, I do walks, gym with weights ... and it's very difficult.Now I go for 12 units of Toujeo, even so walking enough but dates back more easily.

It is not easy to regulate it but if in normal conditions the slow one is doing well (better toujeo yes), try to ingest the hydrates in a more progressive way, I after several trial/error, every half hour of sport average intensity 5 grams approx.Of hydrates, I take 20 min before and I eat every time interval, I can say that I barely have peaks, play with the advantage that is usually always sport and similar intensity always.

@helenape There are several diabetics in this forum that are put on three in two shots, half afternoon/night, half in the morning.
They have been testing until they find the guideline.
