When you write the @ in the text, the menu is opened to search for users, it must, and the same vice versa, that is to say users such as mine that goes with "f" lowercase.

We already have the ability to send private messages among users!
To access your entrance tray you can go from the starting page of the forum or through the user's profile (click on your username).
If you haven't done it yet, I encourage you to try it!😋
Remember that there is also a simple way to send a private message to a person, it is about seeing their public profile and using the "Send message" button.

The awkward attack returns.I think I did that in a post, but it does not appear as mentioned.Because I understand that it should appear in the highlighted blue, right?

Hi @Thera!
Of clumsy nothing! In this version of the forum, the highlighted user is not yet implemented, when you mention the user, he receives an email.
I sign out the highlight of the mentions when reading the issues, thanks to put it!

SilviaGRZ said:@Fer did private messages disappear right?(those we had previously).
@Silviagrz said:Hello everyone!I managed to enter at the beginning of the month, and then I don't know why I didn't leave me.I had to use the option to recover the password several times ...
As everyone seems a bit straight, but I hope to get used to it, hahahaha, I'm very bad for changes!
@Fer Thank you very much for your dedication and for being so flexible to our suggestions.
I have a question ... private messages among users ... have been lost ...?I had some and now I get empty both sent and received ... and now I don't remember exactly the username and I can't contact them.(I am that useless 🤣).

Yes, private messages did not migrate, if you want to recover any from the old forum you can do it by accessing Link and use the old user too.

@Anaisabel The problem you describe occurs because Google Chrome does not correctly detect the change in the form in the form, which prevents you from offering you the option of saving the new password. Here are 3 possible solutions:
1. Delete Chrome's old password
- Go toConfigurationof Chrome (click on the three points in the upper right corner & GT; configuration).
- Navigate toSelfocomplete & GT;Passwords.
- Look for the web on the saved passwords(diabetesfor.com).
- Eliminate the corresponding entry.
- Try the password change.
This forces Chrome to treat password as new instead of an update.
2. Manually update the password in Chrome
- After changing the password on the web:
1. go aConfiguration & GT;Selfocomplete & GT;Passwords.
2. Look for the entry of the corresponding web (diabetesforo.com).
3. Edit the password directly by clicking on the pencil icon.
4. Enter your new password.
3. Use another browser to update the password
- Change the password using another browser (Firefox, Edge, etc.).
- Log in with the new password in Chrome. This could trigger the option to save the password in Chrome.
Could you solve it with any of these solutions? If you need additional help, let me know.

@Anaisabel you can also try something simpler ... just after resetting the password, use the "exit" option, then "enter", put the password and normal is that Google Chrome ask you if you want to update it,You say yes and ready.

Thanks, @fer.With the first option I have solved it.
Good afternoon!
We continue with the forum improvements, this time we have changed the "login" screen of users and the option to "reset" the password.
Now to enter the forum, the e-mail is requested, it is not necessary to remember the user's name and respond to a request made by many members of the forum from the launch of the new version.
As for the "reset" of the password, once the new passwords are introduced, now the user is not automatically entered, but is sent to the login screen, where the e-mail and password will have to be introduced.
In this way, we hope to solve another problem reported by many users in which Google Chrome, Edge, etc ... did not correctly keep the new password.
We hope that with these improvements we have solved the reported problems and all users can have a better experience of use of the forum.
Thanks to all who have contacted us!
