Now you can select "Follow" a topic, to do it, you just have to mark the "Follow" button that appears in the head of the themes, just below the title and next to the "Like" and "Share" options.
To stop following one theme, you just have to click on the same button that will now be shown as "stop continuing."
You can see all the topics that you follow in your user profile, on the main page of the forum you will see a new button with a star, if you use it, it will lead you directly to the topics you follow.
When a user writes a new comment on that subject, you will receive a notification according to your user preferences, you can deactivate these notifications if you do not want to receive the mails.
Finally, rerive that you can configure every time you want to receive notifications, if you receive too many mails, I recommend that you change the frequency, so you will receive notifications when you prefer it.
