Hello.

I am considering taking creatine after the gym sessions, and other sports I do.

It is specified among many contributions, which can improve glycemic index levels.

Does anyone take it?

Does improvements notice?

Can you think about her?

Take creatine, I advise you for the numerous benefits it has and are reflected in recent studies.Regarding glucose levels I would not know how to tell you but the best thing is that as it is a cheap and very good complement you take it and experience it yourself.

I have taken it for two years and I notice many even cognitive benefits. What lowers sugar makes sense because creating more muscle mass with creatine, new muscle cells are created without resistance

Hello.

Do you know of any study, that they speak of the pros and cons of "creatine" regularly?
