Hello.

I am considering taking creatine after the gym sessions, and other sports I do.

Take creatine, I advise you for the numerous benefits it has and are reflected in recent studies.Regarding glucose levels I would not know how to tell you but the best thing is that as it is a cheap and very good complement you take it and experience it yourself.

I have taken it for two years and I notice many even cognitive benefits.What lowers sugar makes sense because creating more muscle mass with creatine, new muscle cells are created without resistance
