Hello colleagues.

I am type 1 diabetic for 40 years approx.

Tomorrow.Insulin Novo Ràpid.5/6 Ud. Slow Tresiba 26/27 you.

My glycèmia averages until 2 months ago was 6.5.

I usually eat quite healthy, però for a few months my weight to increase.Now I detail my meals approx.

Breakfast.1 O 2R of HC (Keto Bread) +Protein +1 Te.

3 days a week bicycle 3h.

The other 2 days walk of 1h.

Meal.3/4R HC (1 Keto bread slice) + Proteins + 1 fruit +1 Curcma infusion.

Dinner.Similar to breakfast, with Keto and Pork bread, (not always), plus 1 fruit.1 Infusion.

From time to here, I usually eat between hours, and in food and dinner, some nuts, peanuts without salt, pistachios without salt, hazelnut, and natural nuts, this type of nutHeavy, I do it by eye).

I have also put between chest and back in finishing food and dinner, 1st 2 or 16gr pieces, 99%chocolate, and this every day (I think it's a lot).

Now I have to return to my previous weights that were 74kg.

Today I am in 78kg, and it doesn't seem good to me.

You put some diets that want to cut the veins 😄.I don't like much but they are too hard.

With the sport you do you can eat more and lower those kilos that you want to take away.What I am not very clear is why chocolate, if you eat it for pleasure but not an obligation.
