Good to all,

Today after my review with the endocrine and see that my controls do not improve with the change to Pump Medtronic 780G from Nov2023 has proposed to change to Ypsomed.

I ask you feedback on it who uses it and if someone else has had a positive change with that bomb.

I can only comment on YpSOPump, it has been and is my first bomb. The truth is very happy with her.Easy to use, very intuitive, it weighs little, it is small, today I would not change it or coña.

For about three months I have changed from 780 to Ypso. The greatest experience of Medtronic, everything (bomb, catheter, reservoir) is noticeable, it shows more "polished", as a better finish. But in terms of operation and control, and PSO champion: after its 2 weeks "tanting you", learn and start controlling you. With Medtronic it was clear that a blood glucose was to stop the infosuon and eat something, but the Ypso regulates it alone quite well.My time in rank has grown brutally, from 55% to 80% as average.

I miss the reservoir with 300 Medtronic units, but on the other hand the recharge of the Ypso is sacred the old cartridge and put the new, infinitely simpler.

Without a doubt, the ypso.

I have been with YPSOMED since March 2025, after 1 years loud of Medtronic 780g.

My glyc has passed in 3 months from 8 to 6.4 with 97% in range.

I do not say that the Medtronic is bad but I did not adapt well I am a person who requires a lot of basal insulin and very little in the bowling, and that the Medtronic does not know how to carry it, it fell short, many times I constantly keeping me constantly in values of 170 without eating anything .. with a lot of insulin active what did any physical activity be to the pharmacy at 100m of my house of my house.

And it was the Ypso and not having to activate the sport mode or to go to train weight to the gym for 1h30min ..... the change has been simply radical.

It also has options that leave the outrageous Medtronic ... from size and weight .. to the preloaded reservoirs ..... Personal glucose target options for the time section you want and tentempie or high food options in fat and protein of which the medtronic lacks.
