A privileged in life

Despite the challenges that life has put on the way, I feel a real privileged.I have gone through aTotal pancreatomy, splenectomyandcholecystectomy and of course,I live withType 1 diabetes, a condition that requires discipline, patience and constant adaptation. However, far from seeing all this as a burden, I choose to focus on the truly important:I'm still here, enjoying every minute.

I have learned toTake care and eat healthy, although from time to time I allow small pleasures out of the recommended.Diabetes brings up high, inexplicable moments, unexpected variations in my glucose levels that seem taken from an "X file".It does not always have logic, it is not always predictable, but that is part of the game.

Throughout this process, I have discovered something invaluable:The really important thing in my life has always been to me, supporting me, helping me to be and see the good.

Prioritize:

NWe let you absorb for labor responsibilities, forgetting that the true essence of life goes much further.A great salary is of no use if there is no time to share with those we love.

Conclusion:

I can say with certainty thatLife is wonderful, even with diabetes. It is not an impediment, but an opportunity to value every moment, to learn, to grow and live with gratitude.Because, at the end of the day, what matters is not what we lack, but what we know how to take advantage and enjoy.

Courage bugs, we are not us ...
