Good greeting to all, I am Rober and I tell you a little my things hehehe.

It turns out that due to a fungus that came out in my tongue, my doctor suspected that I could be diabetic and sent me an analytical, the result you can imagine.Well, since Monday I am diagnosed as type 2 diabetic.

The treatment to continue apart from exercise and food with which I am very lost to have been metformin, start with one to see how I feel and to my surprise, how could it be otherwise feel fatal, beautiful nausea and stomach discomfort so it has told me that I take half to see how it goes. The truth is that with Media it has not gone badly so I will start taking twice a half -day pill to try Puffffff than Agonia.

Well and if this were not enough, the situation has overcome me and I know that it is something to live together for a lifetime, but since my head is always going to a thousand because it turns out that it has resulted in a good anxiety that little by little I am already controlling.

And little else, just send you a greeting that every advice is welcome since I give birth from 0 to knowledge about this subject and I read you through the forum to learn everything I can before asking silly questions 🫡

@BER: Diabetological education is very important if you want to control your diabetes.Medication is important but not enough when it comes to diabetes.

Talk to your nurse and inform you of whether they do any training or course for patients in your area.

And if you have any association of diabetics nearby, my advice is that you go there as soon as possible.
