Increases that do not go down to eating yogurt ...

Good night.

At the moment I am not diagnosed with anything, but it has been looking at glycia for a while.

I have realized that sometimes I have the highest sugar than normal, without apparent explanation.I've been looking for information there, and I have no logic explanation to what happens to me:

I know that fat meals can produce "deferred up, I check that blood glucose stays at 95 or 100, I go to sleep, awake at 3 hours, when I wake up I have 115 or 120, when waking up and at the time or that of having woken up I arrive at 150.

I drink water, go down to 135 and at 10 minutes it rises again.I climb stairs or exercise, go down to 105 and go up at half an hour. And so several hours, climb, exercise, drop, half an hour, climb, exercise, drop, half an hour ... climb again.

So several hours.

But if as a natural yogurt of Bifidus at a given time, in 10 minutes the blood glucose to around 110, then rises to 115 around 30 or 35 minutes of having taken it, and then definitely falls.

The first time I thought it was causality, the second, a lot of chance, and from the third I began to think that yogurt does something, but I don't understand it.

What I am clear, is that if I was not aware of those climbs, I am not surprised that I have problems with sugar.Because to know until what time I had the high sugar ...

I imagine that you will tell me that if the fat makes the sugar rise in deferred and all that, but the curious thing is that it goes down after eating a yogurt, and if not as a yogurt I can be hours with the high sugar.

One more thing ... I think I remember that one day I did the same effect as a banana yogurt, but the platform's theme never tried again.

What glycosilad do you have?

Now around 5.9 (last time 5.88), but many times I skip dinner or food, depending on the work shift. The time the higher the glucose, at the time and peak of eating, around 220, but is exceptional.I try not to rise from 160, and if it reaches 175 or 180 I make plates every half hour to get off.And sometimes I spend more than a week without having to make plates, because I learn that I must eat.I usually get glucose between 102 and 105. I have reached 116, but other seasons are in 101 or 102. However, in laboratory analysis, to date, it is usually between 90 and 100

Glucometers usually measure 10% above vein analytics. And if you do a hair glucose twice, it will give you different results, with small variations.Do not grant yourself so much for small differences.
What is not normal is that you have those glucose peaks, above 140, that is no longer normal. When we refine so much, we must make sure to have clean maos, there may be variations of glucose.
So you tell the glycosilada, it seems that you are developing some type of diabetes ... but that has a specialist.
There is another one that you have not explained.
And it is why, let's say obsession, in someone who cannot have any physical symptom.
Normally they detect us when we are already

@Chema2100, with that glycosilada you will not be clear about diagnosis and glucometers are not exact. You will only have to do some analytics when your doctor tells you

There is a study published here a couple of days that says that the intestinal flora was closely related to type 2 diabetes.

That's why yogurt lowers sugar, although I would be surprised if it was so fast.

En 1922 descubrieron la insulina, en 1930 la insulina lenta. ¿Que c*** han hecho desde entonces?

Hello.
The theme was a bit by chance.I have a type 1 diabetic friend since a child, and one day talking to her at a meal (at the desktop) I told her that lately I was dead of thirst. He told me that I could look at me the sugar there, and cracks error ... I looked at it.! 95.Then I bought a glucometer and I began to measure it more regularly.

What you say about glucometers is true, I can accept the 110 or 115, but the 150 no ... that no longer seems normal to me.The clean hands, when it happened to me I have washed my hands again and I have measured again. The measure is not the same but almost.

Until now Yogurt Bio 0 of the Mercadona, I have not tried other brands ... but I suspect that it is more eating something. There is something else that I have not commented: glucose rises much less if as a snack between half an hour or an hour before eating (usually as fruit), but much less we don't talk about little. That is why I suspect that my issues with sugar have to do with the digestive system.

That had read it, but it can't be that.I speak of a few minutes.Yesterday, while I wrote it, I spent again (that's why I dared to write it).Well, I now have the glucometer in my hand:

(Without eating from 2 pm).
Time - measure
17:00 - 88
17:09 - 93 (for checking that it is fine)
20:07 - 113
20:39 - 117
22:07 - 156
22:08 - 154 (after washing my hands)
As yogurt at that time.
22:14 - 134
22:23 - 109 (it is impossible for yogurt to reach the intestine).
22:35 - 105
22:49 - 113

And as I say, the first time I spent something like that it was coincidence. The second, less, now I am sure that something happens, I don't know what. They are not normal or 156 (without having eaten from 2:00 p.m.) or that they go down for eating a yogurt in the quarter of an hour.

And if someone asks why I get to look at my glucose ... because there was a day that before dinner he gave me to look at me, to see how much he went up, and he was one hundred forty and something, and since then I was flying, andAs later there have been more times with those peaks ...

@Chema2100 I from my humble opinion I can reiterate what you are already doing: eat healthy and exercise.
You see without obsession the glycemia and day by day.
Take care of yourself! And still taking yogurt 😊

I believe that yogurt gives you your body to release insulin, and that's why glucose lowers you.
Explain to your doctor, and that in the analytics apart from glycosilada they look at you the homa index you will know if you have insulin resistance and to what degree.
Greetings.

The water only serves when you have a very high glucose, it is not that the one endures it is lowering your body through the urine and dehydrated, if you put water hydrates and your body uses it to lower the glucose, but I say that withless than 200 the water would not have to do anything

As far as I know (pure physics, not because of experience or anything), if you drink water, the blood volume increases, and therefore glucose should be reduced slightly by being more diluted (if we have between 4.5 and 5.5 liters ofBlood, to the same amount of glucose, the difference could become in an ideal state of up to 20% taking both extremes).
