We want to share with you an urgent situation that is deeply affecting many families with children with diabetes in the Canary Islands.
The Maternal Child Hospital, which for years has been a pillar in pediatric care, is going through a serious crisis in its Diabetology area.
👩⚕️ Lack of qualified personnel, canceled quotes, insulin pumps that are not placed in time, and attention that no longer fulfills the minimum quality standards ...
This is not just an administrative problem, it is a risk to the health and well -being of our kids!
More than 100 families have raised their voice through Adigran to demand that it be restoredalreadyThe professional team that, until recently, offered exemplary medical and human attention.Families who do not ask for luxuries, but something as basic as decent, constant and safe attention for their children.
From here we want to send them all our support.And also make a call: if you have a child, a nephew, a friend with diabetes, you know how important it is to have a health team that really understands the disease, who knows how to act in any situation and accompany families on this path that, many times, is not easy.
